​RATES & PACKAGES

 RATES
  • $530 per night for 2 guests and $70 per person per night thereafter (adult or child) with a maximum of 12 guests (minimum number of guests is 6 people)
  • A minimum stay of 2 nights applies except for event weekends or public holidays (3 nights).  
  • A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking and confirm acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy.
  • The balance is payable 30 days prior to the arrival date.
  • ​Seasonal discounts may apply during winter months.

​CHECK-IN TIME
  • Check-in time: 3:00pm. 
  • Check-out time: 10:00am. 
PACKAGES AND FUNCTIONS
If you are wanting to tailor your stay at Everland Retreat and organise something special, please give us a call to discuss.  There is a wealth of things to do in the area that we may be able to co-ordinate for you or even chauffeur you to and from with our selection of vintage cars.
 
If you are planning a family celebration, conference, special event or expect to have guests additional to those staying with you during your stay, this must be arranged with us before you arrive. Additional fees may also apply so please talk to us about your requirements.   
CANCELLATION POLICY
 We understand that circumstances can change and may be out of your control.  Please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the property to other guests.  We will always try to accommodate an alternative date selection for your booking.   If this is not an option our standard cancellation charges apply: 
  • Cancellation before 60 days of the scheduled stay – no cancellation fees apply. 
  • Cancellation before 30 days of the scheduled stay results in a cancellation charge amounting to 50% of the total booking charge
  • Cancellation less than 30 days of the scheduled start of stay is non-refundable. ​
While we don’t ask for a bond, we will require credit card details as security. We do not expect to ever have to make a charge for these types of costs which is why we would like to ensure guests understand requirements before you arrive.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Only those guests that you have booked to stay at the house are permitted on the property. If you are going to have additional guests over for a meal or to visit, this must be arranged before your stay. This is essential in order for us to comply with New Zealand HEALTH & SAFETY requirements that mean we are responsible for anyone on our property at all times. Unarranged guests will be required to leave. 
  • Everland is located in a residential area. Local authority rules mean strictly outside noise must cease by 10pm.  We have neighbours who will let us (and Council) know if they are disturbed. Council rules require this in our area.
  • Use of the spa pool is not allowed after 10pm.
  • Please don’t plan a party at our place without consulting us first.  If you are planning a function this must be arranged with us before you arrive. If you are planning a function with outside guests a function fee may apply.
  • If you have an electric vehicle, please let us know so that we can direct you to an outdoor power point. Do not put extension cords out the windows.
  • We reserve the right to pass on costs associated with operational costs, additional cleaning, damage and wear and tear caused by guests who are visitors but are not staying at the house. 
  • While we don’t ask for a bond, we will require credit card details as security. We do not expect to ever have to make a charge for these types of costs which is why we would like to ensure guests understand requirements before you arrive.
  • We reserve the right to pass on costs associated with the repair of any damage to the house or its contents caused by you or your guests.
  • Guest parking is in front of the house only – not directly outside the owners cottage.
  • The house must be left reasonably tidy with basic courtesies like rubbish being removed and dishes done and with no damage to our property or facilities. No Smoking inside. We have a large outdoor area for smoking.
  • If you have arranged with us to bring a dog (1 only) please keep him/her off furniture & clean up after him/her.
  • Hire of the Everland House does not include the use of the garage.
  • We do not allow fireworks at all due to the fire risk and because we are in a rural area with stock and pets all close by
We respect, welcome and value our guests and will do everything to ensure you have a lovely stay.
